We have an immediate job opening for an Automotive Painter / Repair Technician to join our team at Noble Collision Repair LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks, including repairing and replacing parts, sanding and prepping vehicles, mixing paint, and applying paint to restore vehicles to their pre-collision condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Repair & Replacement: Perform autobody repairs, including the replacement of damaged parts.
- Sanding & Surface Preparation: Sand and prep vehicles, ensuring surfaces are smooth and clean for painting.
- Paint Mixing & Application: Mix paints and tints to match the color of vehicles, then apply coatings evenly and professionally.
- Quality Control: Inspect all work to ensure that repairs meet industry standards and the high-quality expectations of the customer.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with fellow technicians and management to ensure timely, high-quality completion of repairs and projects.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in paint operations within a collision center or similar environment.
- Experience in mixing paint and tints to achieve the right color match.
- Strong knowledge of autobody repair and refinishing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and an eye for quality.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
