Primary Responsibilities
- AI-Enabled Fund Operations: Implement automation and intelligence in workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Analytics, KPIs & Reporting: Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track fund performance and operational metrics.
- Systems Integration & Automation: Connect and streamline financial systems, ensuring data integrity and process consistency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with investment, finance, and technology teams to deliver operational excellence.
- 5–8 years in investment operations, analytics, or financial systems
- Experience with alternative investments or portfolio analytics preferred
- Strong analytical and technical fluency (Python, SQL, BI tools a plus)
- Proven ability to design and implement automation solutions
