Position Overview
We are seeking licensed barbers and cosmetologists of all skill levels—from newly licensed professionals to seasoned experts. Whether you specialize in fades, shear work, color, or styling, we welcome individuals who are passionate about their craft and committed to providing excellent service.
Responsibilities / Duties
- Provide quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services
- Deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation in accordance with state regulations
- Manage personal schedule and appointments through the shop’s booking system
- Promote your services and build your clientele
- Stay up to date on current trends, techniques, and styles
- Maintain professionalism in appearance and communication
- Handle payments and transactions through our booking system
- Follow all Pennsylvania state licensing and sanitation requirements
- Contribute to a positive and team-oriented shop environment
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Barber or Cosmetology License
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Reliable and professional
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor
- Passion for growth and continuous improvement
