Head Lacrosse Coach, Varsity Girls

Nobles seeks an experienced, multifaceted educator to lead our varsity girls’ lacrosse team. It is our hope that this person will join our faculty or staff in a full-time role. The Nobles girls lacrosse program is one of the proudest in all of New England. The coaching staff has developed exceptional teams and players who have gone on to make significant impacts at both the college and professional levels. We are seeking a leader who will honor, maintain, and build upon that tradition in the years to come.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Organize practices, develop game strategies, and teach skills to foster player growth and teamwork
• Work with the athletic department to schedule games and travel, and oversee equipment and uniform inventory
• Actively recruit prospective student-athletes and engage with parents, graduates, and the school community to build program support
• Ensure a consistent and effective coaching philosophy across all levels
• Assist student-athletes with their college recruiting process
• Develop a healthy and positive culture that connects directly to the Nobles mission and core values
• Work closely with the JV and MS coaches to develop a cohesive, developmental program for all lacrosse players
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven track record in mentoring and coaching
• At least three to five years of experience working at a secondary school, college, or university
• Have a strong interest in working with high school students
