Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of community facilities, ensuring they are safe and welcoming for all residents.
- Perform residential painting tasks as needed to enhance the aesthetic appeal of common areas.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, including electrical systems and mechanical equipment.
- Utilize schematics and logic controllers to troubleshoot and resolve issues with community systems.
- Collaborate with external contractors for specialized maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any significant issues to management.
- Engage with residents to address concerns and provide information about community events and services.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance preferred.
- Proficiency in residential painting techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with electrical systems is desirable.
