Looking for assistant to experienced financial advisors. Person will assist in all aspects of business including service to existing clients, processing of new business, managing investment accounts, and marketing activities designed to grow the business. Opportunities for incentive based on results are available. Experience in the financial serivces industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist financial advisors with preparation for their clients
• Help advisors prepare for meetings and reviews.
• Assist Advisors in trading and product recommendations
• Interact with clients over the phone and email
• Prepare and review new account paperwork
• Facilitate and resolve client service issues
• Apply a working knowledge of operations/client-service processes
• Work independently, effectively, efficiently, and with minimal supervision
• Handle confidential and/or sensitive information responsibly
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

Required Experience / Skills

• Preference is to be Securities Licensed. (Series 6 or 7)
• Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to work independently and efficiently
• Must be committed to providing excellent customer service
• Must have a high degree of comfort managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must have strong character and a positive attitude
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs & Sheets
• Must have experience working with CRMs (preferably RedTail)
• Experience with BD's LPL or Cadaret Grant
  
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
