We’re hiring a Regional Business Development Director to lead a high‑performing sales team and accelerate our 3PL expansion across the U.S.
In this role, you will:
- Drive new business in international ocean (NVOCC) and air freight
- Lead, mentor, and elevate a regional team of BDMs
- Deliver integrated solutions spanning customs brokerage, PO/vendor management, IT services, consolidation/CFS, and global transportation
- Champion our BECORE sales strategy and cultivate a winning commercial culture
- Build strong internal collaboration and long‑term customer partnerships
