We are currently seeking an experienced Customs Brokerage Supervisor to lead our U.S. customs brokerage operations and help drive compliance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
As a Customs Brokerage Supervisor, you will:
✅ Lead customs brokerage operations and ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations
✅ Supervise, mentor, and develop brokerage team members
✅ Support classification, tariff research, duty programs, post-entry activities, and regulatory requirements
✅ Build strong customer relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on customs and trade compliance matters
✅ Drive process improvements, operational efficiencies, and continuous improvement initiatives
✅ Partner with Sales and Operations teams to support customer growth and service excellence
What We're Looking For
✔ Active U.S. Customs Broker License (Required)
✔ 5-7 years of customs brokerage, import operations, or trade compliance experience
✔ 3-5 years of leadership experience managing and developing teams
✔ Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, tariff classification, customs valuation, and trade compliance requirements
✔ Excellent communication, customer relationship management, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Customs Specialist (CCS)
- CargoWise experience
- Multi-site brokerage management experience
- Continuous improvement and process optimization expertise
