What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Substitute Teacher, Preschool position at Noah's Ark?
Noah's Ark is looking for candidates to join our Noah's Ark Family as substitute teachers with potential for permanent hire for Teaching position. As a sub, you will be expected to work daily from 8:30-3:35 in collaboration with a classroom teacher to:
*Prepare materials for lessons
*Maintain a clean, sanitized environment
*Monitor the health and safety of the children.
*Support the classroom teacher in the collection and documentation of child growth and development anecdotes.
*Utilize the daily online communication tool to update and talk with families regarding each individual child's meals, learning, play, naps, and more!
*Understand and follow program policies and procedures
Substitute teachers must provide proof of NJ sub certificate, 60 college credits, complete a background check (fingerprinting and CARI form as provided through Noah's Ark).
*candidates with current P-3 CEAS will be considered for permanent teaching position*
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $125.00 - $150.00 per day
