- Assist classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy, math, and early childhood education activitie
- Support classroom management by helping maintain a positive learning environment and implementing behavior management strategies tailored to individual student needs.
- Support students during classroom activities, transitions, and routines while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
Skills
- Experience working with children in early childhood education or childcare settings.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and families.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining professionalism
