Full-Time Preschool Teacher – Infant Room
We are seeking a loving, dependable, and energetic Full-Time Preschool Teacher to join our Baby Room team beginning June 2026. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and creating a safe, nurturing environment for infants.
Schedule:
- June & July - Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
- August-May - Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and compassionate care for infants
- Create a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
- Support developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities
- Maintain daily communication with parents regarding each child’s day
- Follow classroom schedules for feeding, diapering, naps, and playtime
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the classroom
- Work collaboratively with staff and administration
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development training
- Adhere to all established policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting, particularly with infants or toddlers
- Passion for caring for and educating young children
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Ability to lift, bend, and actively engage with children throughout the day
- Must meet all state licensing/background requirements (w/fingerprints)
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
