Duties
- Design and implement age appropiate lesson plans aligned with learning through play , focusing on literacy, math, physical education, and social skills.
- Create new and fun hands on experiences for children
- Lead classroom activities that promote active learning, creativity, and critical thinking among four- and five-year-old's.
- Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies to create a respectful and productive environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones through meetings, reports, and updates.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed diligently by maintaining a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety regulations including first aid and CPR certifications
- Collaborate with others to develop meaningful learning experiences for children
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
