Now Hiring: After School Assistant Teacher For Students Aged 5-12 Years
Location: Noah's Ark Learning Center
Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–6:00pm (with occasional morning hours as needed)
We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and caring Assistant Teacher to join our afterschool program! This position works with children ages 5–12 and supports our lead teacher in creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment.
Position Requirements:
- Preferably 21 years or older
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record (must be able to drive our daycare van to W.E. Cundiff Elementary for daily pick up)
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 2pm–6pm with occasional extra morning hours for staff absences
- Must be willing and able to clean within the church facility
- Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs
- Ability to assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing activities
- Must be able to maintain and enforce center rules and safety regulations
- Must have a clean background and be able to pass a fingerprint and background check
