We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role focuses on providing high-quality, individualized ABA services in clients’ homes. The ideal candidate will have several years of hands-on experience delivering in-home services and a strong commitment to improving the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct in-home supervision and support to clients and behavior technicians
- Train and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company and funding source requirements
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment outcomes
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA providing in-home/in-clinic ABA services
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing treatment plans
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes occassionally
