What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Service Representative - Geist Starting at $14 to $20/ Hour position at Noah's Animal Hospitals?
Client Service Representative
Facility: Noah's Caring Hands Animal Hospital at Geist
Schedule: Full Time – Shifts Vary, Weekend Rotations required
About the Position:
Connect your passion for pets with your dynamic people skills for an exciting career!
Animals are your passion and even if you don’t think you have the right medical background to be part of the veterinary team, we may have the right opportunity for you!
At Noah’s Animal Hospitals, we believe that great veterinary professionals are developed, not simply hired! We are currently looking for outgoing, compassionate individuals who are eager to learn and ready to dive into a family environment where every day is focused on helping pets and their people. As a VETERINARY CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR), you will be working alongside the veterinarians, the credentialed veterinary technicians, and many other veterinary professionals to provide a high level of patient care and outstanding client service. While experience is always helpful, we are committed to developing you to your highest potential. At Noah’s, training doesn’t end after your onboarding…we are dedicated to providing structured training and professional development. So, if this is brand new to you or if you have been handling client concerns for years, your time with us will be structured, full of growth opportunities, and you will have clear expectations from your team. You won’t just learn HOW…you will learn WHY!
As a Noah’s CSR, you may be responsible for ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the day in addition to providing professional communication to the clients. The front desk is more than answering phones and putting pets and their owners into exam rooms…our Client Service Representative program will test your limits. When clients call about flea medications, therapeutic diets, or even emergency triage, you will be the calm in the middle of a storm, guiding them to the answers they are seeking. You will be more than a friendly smile or voice…you are part of a team of professionals looking to always put the needs of the pet and the pet’s family first.
Our Noah’s CSRs are some of the best trained and highly capable team members in the Central Indiana pet-loving community. We are looking for people who ask questions, who want to be better tomorrow than they are today, and who will bring curiosity, compassion, and a drive to succeed each workday. We are looking for people who want to make life better for people and their pets! Ready for a veterinary career that makes a difference? Apply today and start growing with Noah’s Animal Hospitals!
