The Field Specialist position at our maintenance company offers an entry-level opportunity for individuals who are hardworking, motivated, and eager to grow within the organization. This role serves as a foundational step for individuals with little to no experience in the maintenance industry but who possess a strong work ethic and a desire to advance their careers.
Responsibilities:
Lock Changes: The Maintenance Technician Trainee will be responsible for changing locks in apartment units, ensuring the safety and security of residents.
Grounds Maintenance: This role involves maintaining the exterior areas of multifamily complexes, including landscaping, lawn care, and general upkeep, to create an inviting environment for residents.
Apartment Unit Trashing Out: The trainee will assist in the cleanup and preparation of apartment units after tenants move out, ensuring they are ready for the next residents.
Front-Facing Representation: As a front-facing representative of our company, the trainee will interact with tenants onsite. They will provide excellent customer service, addressing resident inquiries and concerns and resolving maintenance issues professionally and courteously.
