As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Noah Pierce - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Noah Pierce grew up in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, and attended Evangel University before moving to Texas with his wife, Becca. He began his insurance career as a licensed team member in his cousin’s State Farm agency, where he discovered a passion for serving clients, building trust, and developing strong teams. That experience led him to open his own agency in 2020.
Since then, the agency has grown steadily to a team of approximately 15 professionals across sales, service, leadership, and operations. We’re proud of the culture we’ve built—one rooted in accountability, support, and continuous improvement. As part of our long-term growth plan, we’re excited to be opening a second location in April 2026, creating new opportunities for advancement and leadership.
