Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment. Accompany and drive residents to appointments and community activities, enhancing their social engagement. Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to develop and implement individualized support plans. Requirements:Noah Homes Inc. is looking for candidates who:Hold a High School diploma (experience is a plus but not required).Possess empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities.Are able to pass a Live scan and health screen.Hold a Driver's License with a clean record for more than 3 years.Are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, rewarding environment.Working Hours:This role supports our Level 2 and 3 homes with a 4-day-on, 3-day-off split shift. Weekday shifts are from 6 AM - 10 AM and 2 PM - 8 PM, with one required weekend day featuring a 10-to-12-hour shift.
