As a Full-Time Direct Support Professional, you'll:
- Support residents with daily living skills, creating an environment where they can thrive.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
- Accompany and drive residents to appointments and community activities, enhancing their social engagement.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to develop and implement individualized support plans.
Noah Homes Inc. is looking for candidates who:
- Hold a High School diploma (experience is a plus but not required).
- Possess empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities.
- Are able to pass a Live scan and health screen.
- Hold a Driver's License with a clean record for more than 3 years.
- Are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, rewarding environment.
