This position serves as the primary contact for all medical, dental, and vision care and ensures residents receive timely, high-quality healthcare services. This position serves as the primary contact for families, conservators, healthcare providers, and insurance partners, while maintaining accurate medical documentation and supporting the overall health and wellness needs of each resident.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate all medical, dental, and vision appointments for residentsMaintain medical records, profiles, and appointment tracking.
