Job description:

1. Responsible for screening, linking and developing new institutional channels, and establishing and deepening cooperative relationships to improve the quality of channels;

2. Carry out channel lead management, expand channel leads in combination with business goals, and be responsible for cultivating channel leads and converting them into business opportunities;

3. Responsible for undertaking the business needs of the channel, gradually tracking and implementing them according to the LTC process, and converting them into business results;

4. Integrate internal resources, and promote the implementation of various businesses such as insurance and investment through product launch strategies, sales team training empowerment, scene activity creation, contract service guarantee and other measures to achieve business goals.

5. Complete the operation process support within the team

1.负责筛选、链接和开发新机构渠道,并建立和加深合作关系,提升渠道的品质;

2.进行渠道线索管理,结合业务目标拓展渠道线索,负责培育渠道线索,转化为商业机会;

3.负责承接渠道的业务需求,按照 LTC 流程逐步跟踪落地,转化成业务成果;

4.整合内部资源,通过产品投放策略、销售队伍培训赋能、场景活动打造、签约服务保障等举措,促成保险、投资等各类业务落地,达成业务目标。

5. 完成会所内的运营流程支持

Job requirement:

1. U.S. local identity is preferred, with a bachelor's degree or above;

2. Experience in local financial institutions in the United States, with relevant business experience in bank corporate finance, channel development, etc., strong business development capabilities and relevant institutional channel resources;

3. After joining the company, you need to take the relevant industry qualification certificate

4. Identify with Noah's cultural values, have good conduct, and no violation record;

5. Strong sense of purpose and embrace change.
