The manager will support problem resolution, enhance operational workflows, and maintain clear communication across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily transportation operations and fleet readiness
- Coordinate drivers, route scheduling, and dispatch support
- Develop and improve operational systems, SOPs, and workflows
- Track and analyze operational KPIs and performance metrics
- Manage communication with staff, drivers, and partners
- Resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently
- Ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
