SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the next lower grade level in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. This experience need not have been in the federal government.

To qualify at the ZA-4 or GS-13 level:
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must possess one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the ZA-3 or GS-12 in the Federal service. Specialized experience MUST include all of the following:
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting audit or seafood trade data; and
- Managing teams or providing leadership to individuals to meet organizational priorities.
Responsibilities:
As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties:
- Supervise Trade Audit and Record Reviews Branch staff, performing all necessary supervisory tasks and developing goals and objectives for assigned staff functions and programs.
- Provide leadership and guidance on the analysis and evaluation of record reviews and audits under National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) seafood trade monitoring programs and import restrictions. Ensure records are reviewed in accordance with seafood trade monitoring programs and other import or export requirements, the results of chain of custody reviews are audited for compliance, and trade data are reviewed for integrity and accuracy.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of audit data to advise and provide recommendations to NMFS Office of International Affairs, Trade, and Commerce (IATC) leadership on processes, policies, procedures, and trade monitoring priorities.
- Coordinate with program leads and IATC leadership team to ensure audits, record reviews, and data reports support program objectives.
