We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our team and help ensure smooth daily operations while delivering a high level of service to our clients.
This position is well suited for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and contributing to daily operations in a positive, fast-paced, and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage appointments, schedules, and daily bookings
- Handle phone calls, text messages, and email communication
- Deliver excellent customer service and provide ongoing client support
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English (required)
- Fluent or conversational Ukrainian and Russian (required)
- Previous experience in customer service or an administrative role
- Ability to multitask and remain well organized
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Punctual, reliable, and positive attitude
Schedule
- Full-time / Part-time
- Fixed days off: Wednesday and Sunday
