POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking caring, reliable, and dedicated Caregivers to provide in-home support services to our clients in Olympia and surrounding areas. As a caregiver with No Worries Care, you'll build meaningful relationships with clients while assisting with activities of daily living and supporting their overall well-being.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement
- Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry related to client care
- Document and communicate client needs and changes to supervisory staff
- Respect client independence, dignity, and privacy at all times
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands as assigned
- Follow established care plans and protocols
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy home environment for clients
- Respond promptly and professionally to client and supervisor communications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (acceptable driving record policy applies)
- Washington State HCA Certification (Home Care Aide) or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to assist with client mobility and care needs
- Flexibility with scheduling, including some evenings and weekends
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professionalism
- CPR certification (preferred; training can be provided)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in home care, assisted living, or healthcare settings
- Bilingual capabilities
- Experience working with specific populations (elderly, developmentally disabled, etc.)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires the ability to:
- Lift and transfer clients with appropriate assistive devices
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions
- Work in various home environments
SCHEDULE
Full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling options available. Hours may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on client needs and availability.
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
