About the Role:
We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our Adjusting/Canvassing Team. In this role, you will engage directly with homeowners, offering complimentary home evaluations and assisting with the property claims process. What You'll Be Doing:
- Educate homeowners about property damage claims
- Set up free home evaluations
- Help clients through the claims process by connecting them with licensed adjusters
- Meet weekly outreach and productivity goals
- Attend regular training and team meetings
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times
- Continuously improve your skills in customer service, claims, and sales

Key Qualifications:
- GED or High School Diploma (required for licensing purposes)

- Ability to walk roofs and carry necessary tools/materials
- Professional phone etiquette
- Reliable transportation required
