We’re known for honesty, expert craftsmanship, and dependable service. As we continue to grow, we’re hiring a motivated and organized Assistant Project Manager (APM) to help coordinate daily operations and support our management team.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule and coordinate daily service and construction projects
- Communicate with homeowners, vendors, inspectors, and field technicians
- Prepare material lists, purchase orders, and coordinate deliveries
- Maintain job folders and update schedules in our project management systems (Jobber, Asana, Google Workspace)
- Track technician hours, job progress, and inspection statuses
- Perform site visits to verify progress, gather details, and assist field staff as needed
- Assist the estimator with permits, inspection coordination, and job documentation
- Support project close-outs, photo documentation, and customer communication
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience in electrical, construction, or related project coordination
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using scheduling or job-tracking software
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Professional demeanor with a strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Compensation and Benefits
- Salaried Position: $60,000–$75,000 per year (based on experience)
- Health insurance after probation period
- Paid time off and holidays
- Monday–Friday schedule (occasional flexibility as needed)
