Position Overview
We’re looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivated **Canvassers** to join our sales team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our company in local neighborhoods — connecting with homeowners, building rapport, and generating high-quality leads for our cleaning services. If you enjoy working outdoors, talking to people, and earning great money based on your results, this is the perfect opportunity!
What You’ll Do
- Canvas residential neighborhoods door-to-door to introduce our services
- Engage homeowners with a friendly, professional approach
- Educate customers on the benefits of professional pressure washing and exterior cleaning
- Collect contact information and schedule free on-site estimates for our sales team
- Represent the No Pressure Cleaners brand with enthusiasm and integrity
- Meet and exceed weekly lead targets
- Track daily activity and results
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods
- Positive attitude and resilience (you’ll hear “no” sometimes — that’s part of the game!)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Previous sales or canvassing experience is a **plus**, but not required — we provide full training
- Ability to work weekends (peak times for homeowners)
