We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enhancement/Lawn Maintenance Lead to oversee and coordinate all aspects of landscape and lawn care projects. Duties

• Lead and supervise a team of landscape maintenance technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
• Oversee lawn care activities including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aeration, and pest control to maintain lush, healthy turf
• Manage landscaping projects from planning through execution, including planting, pruning, mulching, and seasonal cleanups
• Coordinate irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal water efficiency and landscape health
• Perform tree care tasks such as pruning, trimming, cabling, and hazard assessment to promote safety and growth
• Conduct routine inspections of outdoor spaces to identify maintenance needs or hazards and implement timely solutions
• Support construction projects related to landscape enhancements or new installations by collaborating with contractors and suppliers
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress for accountability and reporting purposes
• Foster a positive team environment through leadership, mentorship, and clear communication

Experience

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture or gardening with a strong understanding of plant health and landscape design principles
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments with a focus on lawn care or landscaping projects
• Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting techniques
• Familiarity with tree care practices including pruning techniques and hazard assessments
• Hands-on experience with construction activities related to outdoor projects is preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, and team members effectively
