We’re looking for a skilled Working Project Manager to join our high-end landscape company, overseeing both construction projects and maintenance operations for elite residential and commercial clients.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full life cycle of landscape construction projects
- Oversee and support maintenance teams to ensure the highest level of ongoing property care
- Schedule, coordinate, and lead landscape crews for both construction and maintenance work
- Communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Monitor job progress, quality control, and safety on-site
- Ensure timely, on-budget delivery of all work with a focus on excellence and client satisfaction
What You Bring:
- 1-3 years of project management experience in landscape construction and/or maintenance
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate crews and manage multiple job sites
- Deep knowledge of landscape systems, horticulture, hardscape, and irrigation
- Experience working with high-end residential or commercial clients
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
