Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as an Overnight Roadside Technician and become the essential first responder for drivers in need! This is for an overnight position. We work 12 hour shifts. We are hiring for 7pm-7am.
Duties
- Respond rapidly to roadside assistance calls, arriving equipped with the necessary tools and parts to diagnose and resolve vehicle issues.
- Perform vehicle repairs including tire changes, battery jumps, battery installs, lockouts, and fuel deliveries using hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct basic vehicle maintenance checks to identify potential problems before they escalate.
- Maintain detailed records of service performed, parts used, and time spent on each job for accurate reporting.
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed during roadside interventions to protect yourself, the customer, and other road users.
- Keep your work area clean and organized, ensuring all tools are maintained in good condition for optimal performance.
Experience
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. (Basic equipment provided)
- Prior experience performing vehicle maintenance or roadside assistance is preferred but not required—training will be provided!
- Ability to quickly assess mechanical issues and execute effective solutions under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
