Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead project delivery and technical implementation teams for enterprise technology solutions. This role will oversee end-to-end execution of customer projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Project Managers and Engineers across multiple implementations
- Oversee full project lifecycle: onboarding, deployment, go-live, and transition to support
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Drive technical delivery across telecom, VoIP, UCaaS, security, and cloud solutions
- Maintain project plans, SLAs, documentation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor customer experience and handle escalations proactively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Billing, Engineering)
- Track financials including resource utilization, forecasting, and margin control
- Enforce change management, compliance, and BC/DR standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, Telecom, or related field preferred)
- 7 years in telecom, VoIP, UCaaS, or managed services
- 3 years managing technical or project teams
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills
- PMP certification is a plus
