No Gluten Kneaded is an award-winning dedicated gluten-free bakery serving Long Island and beyond. We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking, and positive team member to support our bakery operations.
This is a hands-on support role that helps keep the bakery running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll assist with production support, cleaning, dishes, organization, packaging, and closing responsibilities while helping maintain the high standards our customers expect.
Schedule
Full-Time
Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Approximately 37 hours per week, with additional hours available during holidays and busy seasons.
Responsibilities
Support the baking team with production and preparation
Wash dishes and maintain a clean workspace throughout the day
Driving Refrigerated Van for deliveries
Perform weekly deep cleaning of bakery equipment, work surfaces, mats, and other kitchen areasAssist with laundry, organization, and restocking supplies
Package and label baked goods
Support inventory organization and ingredient storage
Assist with bakery closing procedures each shiftHelp maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment
Jump in wherever needed to support the team

Experience in a commercial kitchen is helpful but not required. We are happy to train the right person with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
