No.1 Café is a modern matcha and espresso bar located inside No.1 Golf Lounge in Centreville. We focus on high-quality matcha drinks, simple espresso offerings, and a clean, welcoming space for customers to relax and enjoy.
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented barista who takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare matcha and espresso drinks with consistency and attention to detail
- Follow drink recipes and maintain quality standards
- Keep the bar and workspace clean and organized
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Restock ingredients and assist with daily setup/closing
Qualifications:
- No prior barista experience required (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in coffee, matcha, or café culture is a plus
