Overview

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in assigned territories.
- Engage in lead generation through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product demos to showcase our offerings and address client needs.
- Manage existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong track record in B2B sales environments.
- Familiarity with territory management and direct sales techniques.
- Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent customer service abilities.
- Ability to perform analysis on market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
- Demonstrated skills in account management, upselling, and lead generation.
