Role Description

The Financial Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site position located in Glassboro, NJ. The role involves assisting customers with financing options for vehicle purchases, providing top-notch customer service, and maintaining an understanding of financial products. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, explaining product details, processing financial applications, negotiating sales agreements, and working towards achieving sales targets. The position requires proactive communication with customers to ensure their financial needs and expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Finance and Financial Services to accurately advise customers and process financing applications
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and provide exceptional support
• Proven Sales experience with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Experience in automotive sales or the finance sector is a plus
• Ability to work independently in an on-site retail environment
