Your expertise will shine through minimal supervision, orchestrating flawless operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Orchestrate Machine Setups: Equip machines with the requisite tooling and fixtures derived from engineering schematics, ensuring impeccable origins and part accuracy.
- Champion Quality: Scrutinize the first part against blueprints, maintaining relentless quality through process inspections and data documentation.
- Maximize Production: Align production standards to optimize outputs without compromising quality, embodying efficiency in every cycle.
- Collaborate Relentlessly: Work alongside Engineering and Quality divisions to meet the exacting standards of our aerospace clientele.
Your Expertise:
- Minimum 4-7 years in CNC machining, aerospace preferred, adept in detail-oriented setup and operation.
- Blueprint literacy and physical stamina to endure constant movement and heavy lifting.
- Must submit to and satisfactorily pass any pre-employment screening required for employment with the Company.
- Must take medical exams required by law, in conjunction with occupation specific activities, the physical work environment, and ongoing industrial hygiene sampling results.
