We’re hiring Life Insurance Sales Agents who are motivated, coachable, and ready to grow. No license? No problem. We’ll cover the cost to get you licensed and set you up for success from day 1.
What You’ll Do:
- Connect with real people who need life insurance coverage
- Educate clients and guide them through policy options
- Build trust and close sales
- Follow up, stay organized, and grow your pipeline
You’ll receive paid training, mentorship, and support every step of the way.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Strong communicators who enjoy helping people

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Sales experience is a plus — but not required
- Medical/CNA/Patient Care background is a plus
- Restaurant Server/Bartender background is a plus
