Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (NP/PA)

We are currently seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically confident Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in Gilroy, California.
This position offers an excellent work-life balance in a supportive outpatient setting — with no call responsibilities, no weekends, and no hospital rounds.
Position Overview
The NP/PA will work collaboratively with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary staff to provide comprehensive care for patients with occupational injuries and related musculoskeletal conditions. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, team-oriented, and comfortable practicing in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
This role is available as:
- Part-time in Gilroy, or
- Full-time for candidates willing to commute between Gilroy, San Jose, and/or Salinas clinics as an on-call provider
Providers can expect to see approximately 20–24 patients per day in a structured clinical environment focused on conservative treatment, functional restoration, and positive patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with occupational and musculoskeletal injuries
- Perform patient consultations, follow-up evaluations, and treatment assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Order medications, diagnostic studies, and other appropriate medical services within scope of practice
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant medical documentation
- Coordinate care with clinical staff, therapy teams, and case stakeholders
- Support positive patient outcomes through evidence-based outpatient care
- Maintain compliance with all applicable clinical and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted California NP or PA license
- Current DEA registration or eligibility
- NPs must also possess or be eligible for a California furnishing number
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative outpatient setting
- Occupational medicine experience is preferred, but not required
