NMC Cat is hiring a Heavy Equipment Technician (Shop) in Omaha, Nebraska.

What You'll Do
As a Shop Technician, you'll diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild heavy equipment in a clean, professional shop environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine issues on heavy equipment
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and component rebuilds
- Use service manuals, diagnostic software, and technical resources to identify and resolve equipment issues
- Complete service documentation and communicate repair recommendations
- Order necessary parts and follow repair procedures
- Work with technical support teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain a safe and organized work area

- Experience troubleshooting and repairing diesel-powered equipment, vehicles, or machinery
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and service information
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
