Nmble Medical, in collaboration with a highly respected rehabilitation organization partner, is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Director with an active Physical Therapy license to lead our growing team in the Columbus, IN area.
This is a full-time, onsite leadership position ideal for a physical therapist who combines strong clinical expertise with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage a team in a patient-focused environment.
As Clinic Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the clinic’s operations, ensuring exceptional clinical outcomes, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on patient care while overseeing day-to-day clinic operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of physical therapists, assistants, and support staff.
- Ensure high-quality clinical standards, patient satisfaction, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement performance, quality, and growth initiatives.
- Monitor financial and operational metrics, assist with scheduling, and optimize clinic workflow.
- Drive community engagement and referral development efforts to grow clinic presence in the region.
Qualifications
- Active Indiana Physical Therapy License (required).
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in physical therapy; prior leadership or management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
