Nmble Medical is partnering with a reputable outpatient rehabilitation clinic to identify a passionate Clinic Director / Physical Therapist ready to lead, grow, and elevate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding outpatient physical therapy
• Own quality of care, clinic culture, and patient experience
• Hire, lead, and develop clinic staff
• Partner with marketing and referral sources to drive growth
• Manage clinic operations, performance metrics, and compliance
• Act as a visible, positive leader in the community

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy (Preferred)
• Licensed Physical Therapist or PTA (Required)
• 5 years of proven outpatient experience with excellent outcomes
• Strong desire to lead and run a clinic
• Passion for growth, education, and team development
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace
