What You’ll Lead:
• Daily plant operations focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance
• Production planning, labor optimization, and operational execution
• Continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
• Development of salaried and hourly teams
• Safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance programs
• Cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, engineering, and commercial teams
• Budget management, productivity improvements, and operational strategy
What We’re Looking For:
• 7 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
• Prior experience leading plant operations or multiple operational functions
• Strong background in high-mix manufacturing, automotive, transportation, metal fabrication, or related industries preferred
• Experience with ISO/IATF quality systems and manufacturing performance tools
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve operational performance
