Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using C#.NET, Python, and React.
- Implement AI-powered search and personalization solutions; participate in tuning and optimizing machine learning models.
- Collaborate with R&D to build new features, integrations, and product enhancements.
- Partner with Professional Services teams on client implementations and customizations.
- Support product troubleshooting and issue resolution within the Product Support team.
- Write clean, maintainable, scalable code and participate in code reviews.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, QA, and leadership to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
- Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience with: C#.NET, Python, React / JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with SQL databases, APIs, and cloud-hosted applications.
- Strong understanding of modern web architecture and full-stack best practices.
- Interest or experience in AI/ML model tuning, vector search, or recommendation systems is a plus.
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Garden City, NY.
