We’re seeking a motivated Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to help customers find the perfect solutions while earning commissions and bonuses on top of a strong base pay—no cold calling required.
What You’ll Do
- Handle 50–70 inbound calls daily, plus email, text, and chat inquiries
- Recommend products and solutions, overcoming objections and closing sales
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and past customer inquiries
- Log all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM
- Participate in ongoing sales/product training
What You’ll Bring
- 2–3 years sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma required; degree preferred
