Job Summary

NM Residential is seeking a dedicated and reliable Groundskeeper to join our team at Summer House Apopka. The ideal candidate will take pride in keeping the property clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing. This role focuses on maintaining the overall cleanliness of the community's outdoor areas and supporting a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of residents' trash each morning to maintain a clean and inviting community.
• Keep all outdoor areas free of debris, litter, and clutter.
• Maintain cleanliness around dumpsters, walkways, breezeways, and common areas.
• Power wash sidewalks, breezeways, and other exterior surfaces as needed.
• Assist with seasonal cleanups and special projects as directed.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained, cleaned, and stored after use.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly to management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or property maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in maintaining a clean environment.
