General Maintenance/Painter

Minimum Qualifications:

• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.

• Certification or training in painting techniques or general maintenance.
• Experience with commercial or industrial property maintenance.

Responsibilities:
