Medical Assistant - Aesthetics Practice

• Prepare and room patients, ensuring a smooth and elevated experience from start to finish
• Assist providers during aesthetic treatments, including injectables, laser procedures, and skincare services
• Set up and break down treatment rooms efficiently while maintaining strict cleanliness and infection control standards
• Manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure all treatment areas are fully prepared for the day
• Capture and manage before/after photos in alignment with brand standards
• Maintain accurate and timely charting within EMR
• Support patient flow to keep the schedule running on time in a high-volume environment
• Provide post-treatment care instructions and ensure patients feel confident and informed
• Assist with front/back office coordination as needed to support overall team efficiency

• Prior experience in a medical or aesthetics setting preferred
• Strong interest in medical aesthetics and skincare
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
