Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure a spotless environment.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities to provide fresh and comfortable accommodations.
- Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces.
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms and common areas to identify maintenance needs or cleanliness issues.
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures in accordance with health regulations.
- Manage cleaning supplies inventory and report any damages or maintenance concerns promptly.
- Assist with special cleaning projects such as deep cleans or industrial cleaning tasks as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and polishing.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and standards for guest service excellence.
- Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently and safely.
- Excellent custodial skills with attention to detail and consistency in quality.
- Experience managing housekeeping tasks or supervising teams is a plus.
