Account Executive (Entry Level)

Starting in 2017, NM Group has been helping companies and non profits all around the world increase their customer and donor base. We started by partnering with a child sponsorship organization in DC and began growing our clientele. Since then, we have worked with breast cancer research, telecomm companies, health insurance and refugee support organizations. Over the years, we have become our clients' go-to for a full service marketing agency, specializing in fundraising, market development and donations. We pride ourselves on offering our clients the highest R.O.l. so as much money as possible can be sent to the causes we raise money for!

As a part of our marketing team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience, all in person. We are specifically looking to fill this role for our client who works with the TMobile. THIS IS NOT A CALL CENTER!

Responsibilities

• Conduct meet ups with customers for service follow-ups and feedback
• Handle customer inquiries in-person
• Perform data entry to update customer records accurately
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate services or products
• Provide exceptional client services by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
• Utilize professional etiquette skills to communicate effectively with
• Assist with sales inquiries and promote products or services when applicable

Experience

• Proven experience in customer service or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with office software applications for data entry and documentation
• Ability to analyze information and problem-solve efficiently
• Prior experience in outbound calling is advantageous
• Bachelors in a related field preferred
